Mr. Joseph H. Gleberman is Director of Limelight Networks Inc since September 2006. Mr. Gleberman has been a Managing Director in Goldman, Sachs & Co.’s Principal Investment Area since 1993. Prior to joining the Principal Investment Area, he served in a variety of capacities in the Investment Banking Division and the Mergers & Acquisitions Department at Goldman, Sachs & Co., which he joined in 1982. Mr. Gleberman also serves on the board of directors of Alltel Corporation and the boards of a number of private companies. Mr. Gleberman received a B.A. and an M.A. from Yale University, and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
