Mr. James E. Williams is Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary of Liquidity Services, Inc. Prior to joining Company, Mr. Williams served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Acterna Corporation, a telecommunications equipment manufacturer. Previously, Mr. Williams served as Assistant General Counsel for PathNet Telecommunications, formerly a wholesale telecommunications provider. Prior to that, Mr. Williams was a corporate associate at the law firms of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He received his B.A. from Brown University and his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
