Mr. Peter Wilden has been Member of the Board of Directors of Lonza Group AG since March 2004. He is Chairman of the Audit and Compliance Committee at the Company. Currently, he serves as Executive Vice-President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Ferring Pharmaceuticals in Lausanne, as well as Member of various scientific research organizations in Germany, the United States and the Netherlands. Prior to that, he served as Member of the Board of Trace Biotech AG, Consultant for Mak Data System, Management Assistant with Krupp MaK Maschinenbau GmbH and Scientific Assistant of the Kiel Institute of World Economics, among others. He holds a Doctorate in Philosophy degree in Business Administration from Christian-Albrechts-Universitaet zu Kiel (University of Kiel) and a degree in Business Administration and Information Technology.
