Mr. Juergen Jaron has been Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer at Magix AG since June 11, 2001. He is responsible for strategic corporate development, strategic product design and development, content, Internet and Information Technology development, planning and controlling, accounting and investor relations at the Company. Previously, he served as Managing Director of the Company's legal predecessor, Magix Technology GmbH, since 1993. He also serves as Managing Director of the Company's subsidiaries in France, Great Britain and Italy. In 1984, after finishing school and completing his civil service, Mr. Jaron, founded a company that was involved primarily in the distribution of computer peripherals.
