Ms. Ayelet Margalit-Ilovich serves as Vice President - Quality and Reliability of Mellanox Technologies Ltd. since May 17, 2011. Ms. Margalit-Ilovich joined the Company in June 2006 and is responsible for the management of quality and reliability activities from design, through manufacturing, validation and qualification for all silicon, board, firmware and software products. She leads all the QA testing activities for system level QA, interconnects, firmware and software to ensure the highest of quality products. Prior to Mellanox, Ayelet worked at Tower Semiconductors and held several key positions including Director of Fab1 Process, Device and Yield Engineering. She graduated Cum Laude with a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and with a M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology Israel. She also holds an MBA and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Haifa.
