People: Met-Pro Corp (MPR)

Mr. Raymond J. De Hont is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Met-Pro Corp. Mr. De Hont resigned as Chairman of the Board of the company, effective 13 November 2012. He was elected President and Chief Executive Officer in March 2003 and a Director of the Company in February 2003. Mr. De Hont served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company from June 2000 to March 2003. From June 1995 to December 2000, Mr. De Hont was Vice President and General Manager of the Company’s Fybroc business, during which time, starting in October 1999, he also served as General Manager for the Company’s Dean Pump business. Prior to joining Met-Pro Corporation, Mr. De Hont was employed by Air and Water Technologies, where among other positions he was Vice President and General Manager of Flex-Kleen Corporation, the business of which is now owned by the Company.
