Mr. Westcott has held the positions of regional manager (2001-2007), regional chef (1998-2004), executive chef (1996-1998), general manager (1991-1996), and assistant manager (1990-1991). Mr. Westcott is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America (1979) and has 15 years of related restaurant experience prior to joining McCormick & Schmick’s.
