Mr. Larry K. Harvey serves as Independent Director of American Capital Mortgage Investment Corp since July 2011. Mr. Harvey has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (“Host”) since November 2007. He also served as Treasurer of Host from September 2007 to February 2010. Host is a lodging REIT (NYSE: HST). From February 2006 to November 2007, he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of Host and from February 2003 to February 2006, he served as Host’s Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. Prior to rejoining Host in February 2003, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Barceló Crestline Corporation, formerly Crestline Capital Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Harvey was Host’s Vice President of Corporate Accounting, before the spin-off of Crestline in 1998. Mr. Harvey also serves on the board of directors of Americean Capital Agency Corp.
