Mr. Keith L. Belknap., Jr. is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary of Mueller Water Products, Inc. He has been the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since April 2012, and the Chief Compliance Officer since October 2012. Previously, Mr. Belknap was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of PRIMEDIA, Inc., a real estate advertising company, since 2007. Prior to that time, he held senior legal positions with PPG Industries, a supplier of paint, coating, optical product, specialty material, chemical, glass and fiberglass, and Georgia-Pacific Corporation, a manufacturer and marketer of tissue, packaging, paper, pulp and building products. Mr. Belknap earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tulsa (Phi Beta Kappa) and a Juris Doctor with honors from Harvard Law School.
