Mr. Ciro M. DeFalco serves as the Senior Vice President - Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Navigators Group Inc. He has been the company's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since December 2011, prior to which Mr. DeFalco served as the company's interim Chief Financial Officer from October 31, 2011. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. DeFalco was Senior Vice President and Group Planning Officer of White Mountains Re Group, the reinsurance subsidiary of White Mountains Insurance Group, from 2007 to 2011 and Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance from 2002 to 2007. Prior thereto, Mr. DeFalco performed consulting services from 2000 to 2002 and worked in various financial positions for Marsh & McLennan Companies from 1988 to 2000.
