Ms. Julie M. Howard is Chief Executive Officer, Director of Navigant Consulting Inc., since March 2012. Ms. Howard served as President since 2006 and Chief Operating Officer since 2003. From 2001 to 2003, Ms. Howard was Vice President and Human Capital Officer. Prior to 2001, Ms. Howard held a variety of consulting and operational positions with several professional services firms. Ms. Howard is currently a member of the board of directors of Innerworkings Inc. and Kemper Corporation (formerly Unitrin, Inc.) and a member of the Foundation Board for Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Ms. Howard is a founding member of the Women’s Leadership and Mentoring Alliance (WLMA). Ms. Howard is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. She has also completed several post-graduate courses within the Harvard Business School Executive Education program, focusing in Finance and Management.
