Abdo H. Khoury is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Portfolio Officer of Nationwide Health Properties Inc. He is Executive Vice President of Nationwide Health Properties Inc since March 2008 and Chief Financial and Portfolio Officer since July 2005. Mr. Khoury was a Senior Vice President from July 2005 to February 2008 and Chief Portfolio Officer from August 2004 to June 2005. Mr. Khoury served as the Executive Vice President of Operations of Atria Senior Living Group (formerly ARV Assisted Living, Inc.) from June 2003 to March 2004. From January 2001 to May 2003, Mr. Khoury served as President of ARV and he served as Chief Financial Officer at ARV from March 1999 to January 2001. From October 1997 to February 1999, Mr. Khoury served as President of the Apartment Division at ARV. From January 1991 to September 1997, Mr. Khoury ran Financial Performance Group, a business and financial consulting firm located in Newport Beach, California.
