Ms. Etty Rosner is Corporate Secretary of Ormat Technologies, Inc. since October 21, 2004. Ms. Rosner is also the Corporate Secretary of Ormat Industries Ltd., a position she has held since 1991. Ms. Rosner is also Senior Vice President of Contract Management since September 20, 2007. From July 1, 2004 to September 20, 2007 Ms. Rosner was Vice President of Contract Management, and from 1999 through June 30, 2004, she was the Vice President of Contract Management of Ormat Industries Ltd. From 1991 to 1999, Ms. Rosner was Contract Administration Manager and Corporate Secretary of Ormat Industries and from 1981 to 1991, she was the Manager of the Export Department and Office Administrative Manager of Ormat Industries. Ms. Rosner obtained a Diploma in General Management from Tel Aviv University in 1990.
