Mr. William Bak was appointed as a Director of Otelco, Inc. on February 24, 2005. Now retired, Mr. Bak worked for First Data Corporation from 1994 to 2002 and consulted with Western Union International for two years after retiring. He served as President of InfoSource and as Executive Vice President of Western Union International. His consulting with Western Union International focused on building their business in Europe and Asia. Prior to First Data, he spent 30 years with Dun & Bradstreet Corporation where his senior positions included President of Donnelley Information Publishing and Executive Vice President of D&B Credit Services.
