Mr. Brent A. Saunders is Independent Director of Ohio Valley Banc Corp., since 2003. Mr. Saunders has been a partner with the law firm of Halliday, Sheets & Saunders since 1983. With over 25 years of experience as a practicing attorney, Mr. Saunders’ fields of experience include the following areas of the law: contracts, deeds, mortgages, title searches, leasing, foreclosures, corporations, partnerships and collections. He also serves as the President and CEO of Holzer Consolidated Health Systems, which is a employer in the Company’s market. Mr. Saunders has also served as the Prosecuting Attorney for Gallia County and as the City Solicitor for the City of Gallipolis, Ohio.
