Mr. Robert M. Borgman is Executive Vice President, Credit Administration of PacWest Bancorp and Pacific Western Bank. Mr. Borgman is also a director of Pacific Western Bank. Previously, Mr. Borgman served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of First National Bank from July 2003 to October 2006, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of the Company from the Company's formation in May 2000 until July 2003. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Borgman was Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Western Bancorp from August 1997 to November 1999. Prior to joining Western Bancorp, Mr. Borgman was the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of National Business Finance, Inc., a national commercial finance and factoring organization headquartered in Denver, Colorado, from July 1986 to July 1996, when Mr. Borgman sold his company to Norwest Bank. Mr. Borgman was employed by Norwest Bank to manage National Business Finance, Inc. from August 1996 to August 1997.
