Mr. David Beffa-Negrini has served on the Board of Directors of PC Connection, Inc. since September 1994. Mr. Beffa-Negrini served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Marketing and Creative Services from February 2007 until his retirement effective December 31, 2008. Mr. Beffa-Negrini served as Co-President of the Company's Merrimack Services subsidiary from September 2005 to February 2007 and as Vice President of Corporate Communications from June 2000 to February 2007. Mr. Beffa-Negrini served in a variety of senior management capacities in the areas of merchandising, marketing, and communications. At the time of his retirement, he had been an employee since 1983.
