Ms. Sharon Percy Rockefeller serves as an Independent Director of PepsiCo Inc. She is President and Chief Executive Officer of WETA public radio and television stations in Washington, D.C., a position she has held since 1989, and was a member of the Board of Directors of WETA from 1985 to 1989. She was a member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting until 1992 and is currently a director of the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) in Washington, D.C. Ms. Rockefeller currently serves as Trustee and President of the International Council of The Museum of Modern Art and as a Trustee on the following not-for-profit boards: National Gallery of Art, Johns Hopkins Medicine, Colonial Williamsburg Foundation and Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors.
