Ms. Daniele Ricard has served as Chairman of the Board of Pernod Ricard SA since August 29, 2012. She has been Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since June 16, 1969. She was Member of the Management team and Director of Ricard SA between 1967 and 1975, Ms. Ricard served as Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of Paul Ricard until 2004, when she became the Chairperson of the company’s Management Board in 2005.
