Brief Biography
Mr. Lucilio M. Couto has been appointed as the Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer of Preferred Bank. He has previously served as a Senior Bank Examiner with the FDIC in their Los Angeles Office and was there for sixteen years. Prior to his arrival at Preferred Bank in July 2009, Louie served in senior management positions at two other Southern California financial institutions.
