Ms. Laura L. Brooks is Independent Director of Provident Financial Services, Inc. Ms. Brooks is retired. She previously served as Vice President-Risk Management and Chief Risk Officer of PSEG in Newark, New Jersey since November 2002. Prior to November 2002, she was Vice President-Risk Management of PG&E in San Francisco, California. She serves on the Advisory Board for the Enterprise Risk Management Program at North Carolina State University and for the Quantitative Finance Program at Rutgers University. She is a member of the board of directors of the National Association of Corporate Directors, New Jersey Chapter.
