Attorney Madam Lourdes C. Rausa-Chan is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, Chief Governance Officer of Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company. She was appointed as Chief Governance Officer of PLDT in March 2008, concurrent with her positions as Corporate Secretary and Head of Corporate Affairs and Legal Services. She also serves as Corporate Secretary of several subsidiaries of PLDT. Prior to joining PLDT in November 1998, she was the Group Vice President for Legal Affairs of Metro Pacific Corporation where she worked for 11 years.
