He was Chief Executive Officer (Retired), NMS Communications Corporation, a provider of hardware and software solutions for the communications industry. Mr. Schechter served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NMS from 1995 to 2008. Mr. Schechter was a director the following public companies for the periods stated: Unica Corporation, January 2005 – October 2010; Soapstone Networks, Inc., June 2003 – July 2009; Moldflow Corporation, January 2000 – June 2008; MapInfo Corporation, May 2002 – April 2007.
