Mr. Stephen C. Comer is Independent Director of Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc., since July 2007. He is a retired accounting firm managing partner. He serves as a Director of Southwest Gas Corporation and has served in that role since January 2007. In addition, Mr. Comer served as Managing Partner of Deloitte & Touche LLP, an accounting firm (Nevada operations) from 2002 to 2006; as Managing Partner and other positions, Arthur Andersen, an accounting firm (Los Angeles and Nevada operations) from 1972 to 2002; and as Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants.
