Ms. Regina O. Sommer is an Independent Director of Insulet Corporation, since May 8, 2008. From 2002 through 2005, she served as the vice president and chief financial officer of Netegrity, Inc., which was acquired by Computer Associates Inc. in November 2004. From 1999 to 2001, she served as the vice president and chief financial officer of Revenio, Inc. From 1995 to 1999, she served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Open Market, Inc., and from 1989 to 1994, she served as the vice president of finance at The Olsten Corporation.
