Mr. Donald C. Wood is Independent Director of Post Properties, Inc., since May 2011. Mr. Wood has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Federal Realty Investment Trust, a publicly traded real estate investment trust, since January 2003, and prior to that time, served in various officer positions with Federal, including President and Chief Operating Officer (from 2001 to 2003), Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (from 2000 to 2001), Senior Vice President-Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer (from 1999 to 2000) and Senior Vice President-Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer (from 1998 to 1999). Mr. Wood is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Federal Realty Investment Trust, a member of the Board and former Chairman of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and a director of the Real Estate Roundtable.
