Mr. Arthur J. Quirk has been Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Post Properties Inc since January 2003. Mr. Quirk served as the Company’s Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer from March 2001 to December 2002. From July 1999 to March 2001, Mr. Quirk was Vice President and Controller of Duke Realty Corporation, a publicly traded real estate company. From December 1994 to July 1999, Mr. Quirk was the Vice President and Controller of Weeks Corporation, also a publicly traded real estate company that was a predecessor by merger to Duke Realty Corporation. Mr. Quirk is a Certified Public Accountant.
