Mr. Vincent Vertin serves as an Independent Director of Primus Guaranty, Ltd., since December 2010. Mr. Vertin is an investment partner at EBF & Associates, L.P. (“EBF”), a private investment firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. A wide range of finance and investing activity has been the focus of Mr. Vertin’s professional career. He serves on the board of directors of privately held Athilon Capital Corp. and Athilon Asset Acceptance Corp., the latter of which is a credit derivative product company in run-off. Prior to joining EBF in 2004, Mr. Vertin was an analyst at Providence Capital and an investment banker at J.P. Morgan & Co. Before his career in finance, he served as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. Mr. Vertin holds an M.S. from George Washington University and a B.S. from the United States Naval Academy.
