People: PPR SA (PRTP.PA)

Mr. Alexis Babeau has served as Member of the Executive Committee and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the PPR Luxury Group since March 1, 2011. Previously, Mr. Babeau covered the role of Gucci Group's Chief Operating Officer since January 2009. He joined Gucci Group in 2004 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He began his career as an auditor for Arthur Andersen, before helding various financial executive positions in the Carrefour Group and in the Bollore Group, and then joining credit and financial services company Finaref in 2001, as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Babeau has a degree in engineering from the Ecole Superieure des Travaux Publics de Paris.
