Mr. Gerard Bremond has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and a Member of the Executive Committee of Pierre et Vacances SA since October 3, 1988. He was appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company from from August 1, 2012 until January 2, 2013. Previously, he was also Chief Executive Officer of the Company until November 16, 2009.
