Mr. Robert D. Davis is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President - Finance, Treasurer of Rent-A-Center Inc. Mr. Davis has served as Executive Vice President – Finance since February 2008, as Chief Financial Officer since March 1999 and as Treasurer since January 1997. From September 1999 until February 2008, Mr. Davis served as Senior Vice President – Finance. From September 1998 until September 1999, Mr. Davis served as Vice President – Finance and Treasurer. Mr. Davis began his employment with the Company in 1993 as an accountant. Mr. Davis is a licensed certified public accountant in the State of Texas.
