Mr. Richard J. Trachimowicz is Executive Vice President of Rockville Financial, Inc. He was the Human Capital and Organizational Development Officer joined Rockville Bank in May 1996 and served as the Senior Vice President, Retail Banking Officer until he was appointed as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development Officer in May 2007.
