Mr. Soh Yeow Hwa has been appionted as Group Financial Controller, Company Secretary of Renewable Energy Asia Group Ltd., with effective from July 29, 2011. He is responsible for the finance, compliance and reporting functions of the Group. Mr Soh has over 15 years of experience in various capacities including audit, financial accounting and has worked in various SGX-ST Listed Companies. Mr Soh obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University, Australia in 1992 and is a Certified Practicing Accountant of CPA Australia, a Certified Public Account and a non-practicing member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
