Mr. Neil F. Dimick, CPA, is Independent Director of Resources Connection, Inc., since November 2003. Prior to joining the Board, Mr. Dimick served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AmerisourceBergen Corporation, a pharmaceutical services provider, from August 2001 to May 2002. He served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bergen Brunswig Corporation (“Bergen”), as well as a director and a member of the Bergen Board’s Finance, Investment and Retirement Committees, for more than five years prior to its merger with AmeriSource Health in 2001. Mr. Dimick began his professional career as a corporate auditor with Deloitte & Touche LLP, a professional services firm. He was a partner with the firm for eight years and served for two years as the National Director of the firm’s Real Estate Industry Division. Mr. Dimick currently serves on the Board of Directors of WebMD Health Corp. (“WebMD”), where he serves as a member of the Executive, Audit and Nominating and Governance Committees; Thoratec Corporation, where he serves as Chairman of the Board and as a member of the Audit and Governance Committees; Mylan, Inc., where he serves as Chairperson of the Audit and Finance Committees and member of the Executive committee; and Alliance HealthCare Services, Inc., where he serves as Chairperson of the Audit and member of the Finance and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. Mr. Dimick served on the Board of Directors for HLTH Corporation (merged with WebMD in 2009) from 2003 to 2009, chairing their Nominating and Governance Committee and sitting on the Executive and Audit Committees.
