Mr. Charles A. Baker, J.D., is an Independent Director of Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., since February 1989. During his career, Mr. Baker served in a senior management capacity in various other pharmaceutical companies, including tenures as Group Vice President, Squibb Corporation (now Bristol-Myers Squibb Company) and President, Squibb International, and various senior executive positions at Abbott Laboratories and Pfizer Inc.
