Mr. Jerome Stoll is Executive Vice President, Chief Performance Officer, Member of the Group Executive Committee and Management Committee of RENAULT S.A. since 2015. He served as Executive Vice President, Chief Performance Officer, Sales & Marketing Director, Chairman of Renault Sport, Member of the Group Executive Committee and Management Committee of Renault SA since September 10, 2013. Prior to this, he was Executive Vice President - Sales and Marketing & Light Commercial Vehicles, Member of the Group Executive Committee and Management Committee of the Company from September 1, 2012. From March 1, 2009 to September, 1 2012, he held the functions of Executive Vice President- Sales & Marketing, Light Commercial Vehicles, Chairman of Europe Region, Member of the Group Executive Committee and Management Committee of the Company. He previously became Senior Vice President - Mercosur, Leader of the Americas Management Committee and Member of the Management Committee on February 1, 2009. On May 1, 2006, he was appointed as Senior Vice President - Mercosur, Member of the Management Committee of the Company. He worked at Renault V.I. from 1980 to 1983, then held a position with the Senior Management team of Berliet Nigeria, a Renault V.I. subsidiary, between 1983 and 1987. He joined Renault SA's Finance Department in 1987 and became Director of Finance and Administration at Renault Automation in 1989. He was named Director of Industrial Purchasing in 1995, then Director of Powertrain Purchasing in 1998. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Renault Samsung Motors when Renault acquired the firm in September 2000. He graduated from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris and from the Centre de Perfectionnement aux Affaires.
