Mr. Jerome Stoll is Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing & Light Commercial Vehicles of Renault SA as of March 1, 2009 and is also a Member of the Company's Group Executive Committee and Management Committee. He also served as Chairman of the Europe Region of Renault SA until September 1, 2012. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Mercosur and from May 1, 2006. He was also the Leader of the Americas Management Committee as of February 1, 2009. He graduated from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris and from the Centre de Perfectionnement aux Affaires. He worked at Renault V.I. from 1980 to 1983, then held a position with the Senior Management team of Berliet Nigeria, a Renault V.I. subsidiary, between 1983 and 1987. He joined Renault's Finance Department in 1987 and became Director of Finance and Administration at Renault Automation in 1989. He was named Director of Industrial Purchasing in 1995, then Director of Powertrain Purchasing in 1998. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Renault Samsung Motors when Renault acquired the firm in September 2000.
