Mr. Alan A. Rassaby is Vice President - Legal and Risk Management, General Counsel, Secretary of RightNow Technologies. since October 2003 and Vice President of Legal and Risk Management since June 2000. From 1998 to February 2000, Mr. Rassaby was the Senior Vice President, Legal and Administration for Powerhouse Technologies, Inc., a diversified gaming technology company, and Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Anchor Gaming, after Anchor's acquisition of Powerhouse. Prior to joining Powerhouse, Mr. Rassaby was a partner in the Australian law firm of Phillips Fox Lawyers from 1994 to December 1998. Mr. Rassaby holds Arts and Law degrees from the University of New South Wales in Australia and a Master of Laws from the London School of Economics and Political Science of London University. He is a member of the State Bars of Victoria and New South Wales in Australia, and of Oregon in the United States.
