Brief Biography
Mr. Vladimir Nikolaevich Bondarik has served as Member of the Board of Directors at Rostelekom OAO since May 30, 2009. Since August 2011 he has been Member of the Company’s Corporate Governance Committee. He held the post of Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Company from December 24, 2010 until July 20, 2011. In addition to his duties at the Company, he is Deputy General Director of Svyazinvest OAO. Between 2005 and 2009, he was Deputy General Director and Managing Director at Roylkom OOO, and from 2004 to 2005, he acted as General Director at Sensornye Sistemy OOO. He graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) in 1980.
