Mr. Anatoly Valerevich Smorgonskiy has served as Managing Director - Director of Products and Marketing Department at Rostelekom OAO since February 5, 2013. In 2004, he joined technical directorate of Voronezh branch of VympelKom. Subsequently, he served at such companies as Svuaznoy-Moskva, Tele2-Rossiya. In 2007 he re-joined VympelKom at Directorate for Marketing Business Segment. In September 2009, he headed marketing service of TV-services and was responsible for the development of home digital television Bilain. In August 2011, he was appointed Director of Marketing of Moscow Region. He graduated from Voronezh State University, with a specialization in Radio-physics and Electronics Physics, from International Institute of Computer Technologies with specialization in Finance and Credit. He received an MBA from Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration with specialization in Marketing and Sales Management.
