Mr. Yves Leclere has served as Executive Vice President - Transformation and Member of the Executive Committee at Safran SA as of April 21, 2011. He was Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Aircraft Equipment Branch at the Company from 2006 until April 21, 2011 and Member of the Management Board of the Company from July 29, 2009 until April 21, 2011. He was Managing Director of ERAM, subsidiary of Groupe Snecma. In 1992, he became the Director of wheels and Brakes division of Messier-Bugatti, and then the Managing Director and Chairman in 1994. He was appointed Director of Messier-Services International, Sagem Defense Securite, Technofan, Labinal Investments, Inc., Messier Services Asia Pte Ltd and Singapore Precision Repair and Overhaul Pte Ltd, as well as Chairman of Board of Directors of Globe Motors, Inc. Mr. Yves Leclere graduated from Hautes etudes commerciales (HEC) in 1982 and Institut Superieur de l'Aeronautique et de l'Espace in 1973.
