Mr. Christopher Graham Stainforth is Executive Director of SpaceandPeople Plc since June 25, 2010. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & co in 1975 and later helped to create their Middle Eastern offices. He then joined Schroder’s corporate finance department before going to Phillips & Drew where, by 1989, he had become managing director of Corporate Finance of UBS Phillips & Drew. He was Head of Corporate finance at Guinness Mahon where he orchestrated the merger with Henderson Crossthwaite and then joined Ermgassen & co Ltd, a cross border M & A boutique. He became CEO of Durlacher which acquired Panmure Gordon in 2005. In 2005, he joined Saphire (a corporate finance boutique) as a partner and in 2008 he rejoined Ermgassen. In November 2011 he join Libertas Partners, a boutique investment bank as a partner. He has also been a director of over a dozen quoted companies in a variety of sectors.
