Pearson C. Cummin, III has served as Director of Boston Beer Company, Inc. since 1995. Mr. Cummin served as a general partner of Consumer Venture Partners, a Greenwich, Connecticut based venture capital firm, from January 1986 to December 2002. Mr. Cummin also serves as a Director, Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Nominating/Governance Committee of Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc., a California-based specialty apparel retailer.
