Mr. David Khougazian has been Head of the Office of the Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Global Leadership Team of Sanofi SA since January 2011. He is a graduate of ENSAE (Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration de l'Economie (ENSAE)), the national aeronautical and space engineering school, and holds an MBA degree from the College des Ingenieurs. After four years at CCF, a French bank, as financial engineer in Capital Market and fund manager in the Asset Management group, he joined Rhone-Poulenc in 1997 where he held a number of roles in Finance and then Business Development, including Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions for Aventis: the combination of Rhone-Poulenc and Hoechst. Following the creation of Sanofi-Aventis in 2004, he pursued his career in sales and marketing and was appointed as General Manager for Adriatics in 2008.
