Mr. Rakesh Soni is Chief Operating Officer of Satyam Computer Services Limited. Before joining Mahindra Satyam, Rakesh was with Tech Mahindra as a COO, responsible for the operations and delivery teams of software, technical support, administration, infrastructure and quality. Apart from a keen financial acumen and bottom-line focus, Rakesh is known for spearheading several challenging projects within strict timelines and budgets. Prior to joining Tech Mahindra, Rakesh was the EVP - Perot Systems TSI, creating and managing diverse high performance teams including resource management, quality, service delivery, human resources and finance. In a career spanning over three decades, Rakesh has held leadership positions across high-performance multi-cultural organizations such as Abu Dhabi Computer Centre, Tata Consultancy Services, and Engineers India Ltd.
