Mr. S. Vasant Krishnan is Chief Financial Officer of Satyam Computer Services Ltd. In a career spanning over 25 years, he has held various positions in the Mahindra Group and was the CFO of the Infrastructure Development Sector comprising multiple businesses including real estate, integrated townships and SEZs, holidays and time share. Prior to joining Mahindra Satyam, he was the Chief Operating Officer of South Asian Real Estate, a private equity fund and the Chief Financial Officer of the Adani Group (Realty) where he handled the finance, accounts, legal and secretarial functions and played a key role in charting strategic initiatives for the realty business. Vasant is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries and also holds a Diploma in Business Finance from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India.
