Mr. Rodger Weismann has been appointed as Director of SoundBite Communications Inc., effective May 16, 2012. Since August 2010, Mr. Weismann has provided consulting and advisory services to technology companies. Mr. Weismann was a Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Phase Forward Incorporated, a NASDAQ-listed provider of data management solutions for clinical trials and drug safety, from 2004 until April 2009, and he served as an advisor to the chief executive officer of Phase Forward from April 2009 until Phase Forward’s acquisition by Oracle in August 2010. Mr. Weismann is a director of Reval Holdings, Inc., a provider of cloud-based treasury and risk management software that filed a registration statement with the SEC in March 2012 in connection with a proposed initial public offering. Mr. Weismann is a graduate of Cornell University and earned an MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
