Mr. Edward Terino is Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of the SeaChange International, Inc. He was Independent Director of Seachange International Inc. Mr. Terino has served as President of GET Advisory Service LLC, a strategic and financial management consulting firm focused on the technology and maritime industries since March 2009. Mr. Terino is also a founder of Novium Learning, Inc. Since March 2010, Mr. Terino has served as a director of Baltic Trading Ltd., where he is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee. Since October 2012, Mr. Terino has served as a director of Extreme Networks, Inc., where he is a member of the Audit Committee. From April 2007 through February 2012, Mr. Terino served as a director of S1 Corporation. In February 2012, S1 Corporation was acquired by ACI Worldwide, Inc. From November 2009 to November 2010, Mr. Terino served as a director of Phoenix Technologies Ltd. In November 2010, Phoenix Technologies Ltd. From October 1999 to March 2006, Mr. Terino served as a director of EBT International Inc. From July 2005 through December 2008 Mr. Terino was Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Arlington Tankers Ltd. From September 2001 to June 2005, Mr. Terino was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of Art Technology Group, Inc. Prior to 2001, Mr. Terino held senior financial and operational management positions over a 15 year period with several publicly traded technology and educational publishing companies. Mr. Terino began his career at Deloitte & Touche and spent 9 years in their consulting services organization. Mr. Terino earned a BS degree in Management from Northeastern University and he earned a MBA from Suffolk University. Currently Mr. Terino is a founding donor and member of the Advisory Board for the Center for Innovation and Change Leadership at Suffolk University.
