People: Compagnie de Saint Gobain SA (SGOB.PA)

Mr. Gerard Mestrallet has served as Director of Cie de Saint-Gobain SA since November 1995. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board and Managing Director (CEO) of GDF Suez and is also a Member of the Board of Directors of Pargesa Holding SA. Within the GDF Suez group, he is also Chairman of the Board of GDF Suez Energie Services, Suez Environment Company and GDF Suez Belgium, President of GDF SUEZ Rassembleurs d'Energies SAS, and Vice Chairman of Electrabel and Sociedad General de Aguas de Barcelona. He is a graduate of Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, Ecole Nationale d'Administration and Ecole Polytechnique in Paris.
