Mr. Renato Giger is Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Assistant Secretary of Solera Holdings, Inc., since July 2010. Prior to that, Mr. Giger served as EMEA Chief Financial Officer since the Company acquired predecessor company in April 2006 and served as Global Corporate Controller since October 2009. Mr. Giger has been employed by the Company and predecessor since July 1993 during which time he has held several positions, as Chief Financial Officer of Audatex. Mr. Giger has a Masters Degree in Finance from the University of Bern (Switzerland).
