Mr. Thomas K. Lynch is the Chief Compliance Officer of Market Vector Trust Funds. He is the Chief Compliance Officer of the Adviser and Van Eck Absolute Return Advisers Corporation (“VEARA”) (Since January 2007); Vice President of the Adviser and VEARA; Treasurer and Officer of three other investment companies advised by the Adviser (April 2005-December 2006); Second Vice President of Investment Reporting, TIAA-CREF (January 1996-April 2005).
